There's no manual camaros here. There's like 7 of them, all auto. There IS a stingray though! Gorgeous car...they won't let me drive it

Local Dealer I used to visit has the ZL1 Camaro.
Almost all their Camaros were manual
I gotta see if they have the Stingray though

that's bull
on both points.

My local dealer had maybe 15 or 20 camaros. 4 were manuals so I guess that's not horrible.

No SS?

Did you buy your Sonic from them?
If so, way to kill brand loyalty.

That is a whole lot of sad in such a little post.

at least it's not a Spark

They've got a white ZL1 convertible in the showroom, it's an auto

Yes, the first year of service is freeeeeee.
To be fair, I didn't ask to drive the stingray. It's being PDI'd, but currently is sitting in the service bay.

....ew
This place had a black Coupe

Happy note though, a salesman told me they had one but it just sold. So there's hope

There's an SS, SS convertible, and ZL1 convertible. All auto

I suppose I should have asked to drive the stingray...I'm just assuming.
And yes, the first part is depressing. I was really hoping to take a test drive

I think he meant the actual SS. Not the trim level of the Camaro.
Depending on the dealer, you may have been able to drive the C7 if you had asked. Most dealers don't allow test drives of those things just for shits and giggles, but if you're a possible serious buyer they will.
I can't even walk in to my local Chevy dealer without being forced to test drive a Corvette. They know every time I do I end up buying one.

First year of service? Shit. I only got a single lousy free oil change. :/

We have 10+ Challengers right now. Only 2 are stick. Much sad.

We're not talking about 6 cyls right?
![]() 12/04/2013 at 17:28 |

I did mean the SS Sedan.

I don't know what the manual was. This was a mix of V6, SS, and ZL1
![]() 12/04/2013 at 18:04 |

Well considering the interval is 7500 miles, it might as well be 1
![]() 12/04/2013 at 18:05 |

OHHHH DUH. No, no SS.
I'm not a serious corvette buyer yet. Someday

Better than nothing
![]() 12/04/2013 at 18:23 |

Yeah, and they were heavily discounting them too. Brand new 2014's going for $18k....
![]() 12/04/2013 at 18:32 |

I still need to read my book. Surely Ford doesn't have 3000 miles as an interval still.
![]() 12/04/2013 at 19:34 |
|
What? That's insane if it does.
![]() 12/04/2013 at 19:35 |

Fuck...that's badass. I was very close to getting one two years ago, but set that price I certainly would have!
![]() 12/04/2013 at 20:15 |
|
You are correct. Just checked the manual. 5000 mile interval on oil changes.
![]() 12/04/2013 at 20:29 |

Yeah I was pretty damn surprised when I saw the price. I wasn't even shopping for a camaro, but if I was I would've boughten one on the spot. Check out autotrader really quick, a dealer near you might be doing the same discounts

unrelated to this thread.
I told you that #1 wouldn't last too long didn't I?
![]() 12/05/2013 at 10:35 |

Yeah, but I didn't expect you to lose to UNC...that's a bit shocking
![]() 12/05/2013 at 10:40 |

Yeah, I was pretty pissed last night. Honestly I think their coach just has Izzo figured out. We lose everytime, in the past I've bitched about location and how they "never come to breslin" yeah that doesn't work anymore, they've just got our number. We'll climb back up, Izzo will use as a teaching situation, like always and hopefully someone else can take them out before we meet them in the tourney, they played great last night, we played like crap. I mean I know we had some illness and injuries but we didn't even start well it was depressing.
Probably needed it though, don't want those guys getting full of themselves.
Also, this was the first thing that popped up that I saw you on so I figured I'd chat basketball here lol
![]() 12/05/2013 at 10:44 |

Early season losses are rarely a bad thing IMO. So long as there aren't a bunch of them, they hardly affect NCAA bids and they certainly don't affect conference standings. Players seem to get more out of a loss than a win, especially when you're ranked number 1 and feel invincible.
And it's cool, I don't mind chatting basketball and since it's not a traditional forum this is the easiest way.

Yep, earlier the better for a loss. And honestly 7-1 isn't a bad way to start a season. and it's not like we lost to a nobody even though they aren't ranked. That center of theirs grew up quite a bit in the game last night, he's going to be a force this year.
